Not entirely sure why your application was refused? If you would like to obtain the officer’s full notes or, the GCMS notes, you can make an Access to Information Request. The notes also include all communications to and from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. These requests can only be made by Canadian Citizens.Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant can act on your behalf to make this request. These notes provide assistance and guidance when assessing the refusal of an application to see how to address the reasons for refusal when re-applying, or when applying for Judicial Review.

Cost: $20 CAD + HST
This type of review is for those applications who are eligible to apply for a study permit and wish to have their application reviewed before submitting it to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
What You Get:
Written report within 7 business days detailing a holistic assessment of the application package: Completeness of the application, highlighting any missing documentation, and assessing supporting documents, advise on how to strengthen application.
Cost: $200 CAD + HST
This type of review is for those applicants who are eligible to apply for an Economic Immigration program which uses the Express Entry file management system and wish to have their profile review before submitting it to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
What You Get:
Written report within 7 business days. Report will detail any errors or omission in the application, assess supporting documentation and provide advise on how to stregthen the application
Cost: $120 CAD + HST
This review is for those who have submitted an application for a Visit Visa, Work Permit or Study Permit and believe that IRCC has incorrectly rejected the application or want to better understand why the application was rejected. Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will review the application forms and supporting documentations to help determine whether a second application could be submitted.This process includes reviewing the rejection letter. If you want to apply for a Judicial Review by the Federal Court, this review process is not for you. This review is only for those who wish to better understand why their application was rejected to see if a Judicial Review is an option or wish to submit a new application.

Cost: $200 CAD + HST
Permanent Residency File Review is for those who have received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) and would like to have their application for Permanent Residency reviewed before submitting it electronically to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.Be prepared to share screenshots of your entire completed application forms and supporting document.

Written report within 7 business days. Report will detail any errors or omission in the application, assess supporting documentation and provide advise on how to stregthen the application
Cost: $500 CAD +HST
This service is for anyone who wants to learn more about their Canadian immigration options, or for anyone who has specific questions that they would like answered. This service is just for consulting about Canadian immigration options available, not to specific file reviews. Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is a member of and in good standing with College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
What You Get:
Written report based on individual circumstances. The more targeted questions asked, the more thorough the consultation is, based on the services provided.
